It can be used on both metal and wood patterns. On metal patterns, Liberty Liquid Parting acts as an excellent cleaner and rust preventative. On shellac-free wood patterns, the parting acts as a preservative and maintains pattern dimensions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Liberty Liquid Parting cleans patterns while in use, gives excellent performance in hot sand, will not separate out in cold weather, and affords many more molds per application than other low cost partings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Weight: 7.0 lbs. per gallon<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong> Flash Point 275\u00ba F (COC)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Directions for Use<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Spray a light even coating over pattern and core box surface, leaving a tough, molecular thin, layer of water-resistant layer which prevents sand adherence. It can be used straight , on both metal and wood patterns or cut one part Kwiw Draw with three parts of high flash kerosene. On metal patterns Kwiw Draw parting acts as an excellent cleaner and rust preventative.
